01 / Overview
A connected experience
for hospitality.
Structured hotel data, guest conversations and reservation follow-up. A connected product ecosystem for hospitality teams.
Quinta, formerly Quicktext, is a hotel data management and distribution platform. Its ecosystem connects property information, guest messaging and reservation follow-up. Velma, its AI assistant, answers guest questions and supports the booking journey.
My work at Quicktext brought together product design across web and mobile, a consistent interface language, implementation reviews and visual communication. This case study follows that work from the product workspace to the social feed.
The company now operates as Quinta. Product work is presented under the Quicktext name; the campaign work uses Quinta’s current identity.

The design challenge
Many workflows.
A shared language.
A hotel team moves between property information in Q-Data, guest conversations in Q-Hub, reservation leads in Q-Sales and messaging scenarios in Q-Automate. Each workspace has its own density, states and actions.
The design focus was to give those different workflows a coherent structure: a stable navigation, clear information hierarchy and reusable patterns that also translate to a smaller screen.
My contribution
Direction,
down to
the detail.
- 01
Research & product thinking
Understand needs, structure the journeys and develop prototypes for web and mobile.
- 02
Interface & interaction design
Design the screens and the states around them: filters, messages, forms and contextual actions.
- 03
A consistent design system
Maintain shared patterns and components across the product’s workspaces.
- 04
Delivery & visual communication
Review interfaces after development and extend the company’s visual presence into marketing content.
02 / Product experience
Clarity across
the workspace.
The same product language, applied to very different jobs.
01 / Q-Hub
Conversations, in context.
Q-Hub brings hotel messaging from channels such as live chat, WhatsApp and SMS into one inbox, available on desktop and mobile. The selected screen keeps the conversation list and guest information together.

The message is part
of a bigger picture.
The conversation sits alongside the context needed to respond. Lists, details and actions stay connected within a single workspace.
Separate the conversation list from the selected thread.
Keep guest information close to the interaction.
Place contextual tools within reach of the message.
Designing the states
Beyond the
populated screen.
Empty views are part of the experience. The selected inbox and leads states use the same workspace structure when there is less information to show.
03 / Mobile experience
A smaller screen.
The same context.
Carry the core conversation workflow into a focused mobile experience.
Find the conversation before opening it.
Keep the message and its actions together.
Return to the details that support the reply.
Shared foundations
Consistency lives
in the details.
Colour roles and reusable interface patterns connect the screens across the suite. Reusable components give each workspace a familiar structure.
04 / Visual communication
Beyond the product.
Into the conversation.
Social media and event artwork extend the company’s presence through strong typography, a consistent composition and a recognisable campaign language.
A campaign language
One frame.
Many messages.
A high-contrast palette, strong typography and a consistent brand signature. The composition gives the message room to change while keeping the campaign recognisable.
The work, together
One direction.
Many expressions.
The same attention to structure connects the interface, the mobile experience and the way the product presents itself to the world.
This work reflects how I approach design leadership: stay close to the product, make the details consistent and carry the thinking through to delivery.
